Higher Order Thinking Skills

Before the act comes the thought and often the belief systems that lie at the base of it all. To understand why human beings behave the way they do, we need to clarify the motivations, intentions and values and unpack the thinking process behind their actions. In business, so much depends upon clear thinking, good timely decisions, effective problem solving and creativity. Our training programs teach participants the tools to delve into and analyze their own thinking processes and discover the logic and rationale behind the arguments and stands taken by others. These courses enhance analytical capabilities, spur reflection, introspection and help liberate the imaginative faculties. Since not all of us are equally facile in all of the Multiple Intelligences (that have been identified and studied by researchers such as Howard Gardner) these courses also help participants awaken and stimulate specific intelligences that may have been relatively dormant from childhood. This 4-day course combines theory and practice to help new as well as experienced trainers improve their training planning and delivery skills.
