Workplace Mediation

Disputes in the workplace can seriously affect productivity, collaboration and morale. Mediation is a powerful dispute resolution method that empowers employees to resolve their own disputes and helps re-build frayed relationships. Meta-Culture's highly experienced 3rd party neutral mediators conduct mediation between teams and/or across company functions to resolve disputes in a constructive and amicable manner. Mediation helps rebuild strained or damaged relationships and create sustainable agreements. Using a confidential and structured process, our mediators help disputants in companies negotiate mutually agreeable, win-win, solutions. Commercial Mediation

Business relations can sometimes run aground. Meta-Culture brings together managers and other stakeholders of companies to help resolve sensitive commercial and contractual disputes without having to take the long and expensive route of litigation. Our mediation service is substantially cheaper than prolonged litigation or even arbitration, is more sustainable and focuses on meeting the interests of all parties. Family Mediation

Family Mediation is a structured process that brings together family members (spouses, children, relatives) to resolve disputes in a constructive, amicable manner. We encourage organizations to advertise this service as part of their Employee Assistance Programs, as work-life balance becomes more challenging for committed employees. The mediation session takes place between family members in a safe, mutually agreed upon space. The mediator is a neutral, third party who helps families negotiate joint solutions and develop ways to improve the relationship(s). Mediation addresses domestic disputes discretely and with complete confidentiality. Mediation is not counseling or therapy and does not function purely in the individual's psychological domain. Rather, it is a practical dispute management mechanism that focuses on the disputes and conflicts that put relationships at risk.
