Higher Order Relationship Skills
Meta-Culture recognizes that in business, strong relationships are the foundation for long-term success. Our training programs help participants recognize that the first step to developing constructive, healthy relationships with colleagues, clients, and across functions is to start valuing relationships. Understanding the value of negotiating collaboratively with a client, gaining confidence to discuss a disagreement with a colleague, learning skills to resolve team disputes, and being sensitive to different business cultures are basic competencies necessary for creating great teams and companies. Ideally, we recommend a series of programs, so that all employees learn how to handle conflict in a mature, skillful manner. If employees are equipped to manage interpersonal and team disputes before they escalate, the organization’s culture can be transformed into one which is more productive, has better relationships with clients, and has lower attrition.
