Founded in 2005, Meta-Culture is South Asia’s first relationship and conflict management consulting firm.  Based in Bangalore, India, Meta-Culture is committed to improving organizations’ understanding and management of internal and external conflict. Our interventions and strategies are based on the field of Conflict Management and Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR). We are a multinational team with rich international expertise, enabling us to meet the consulting and training needs of multi-national companies in Asia and internationally. While many of these principles and methodologies come out of leading research and best practices at institutions across the globe, our consultants are adept at tailoring them to different cultural contexts.

Meta-Culture was founded by Ashok Panikkar , a Conflict Resolution professional who returned to India after ten years in the United States working as a trainer, consultant, mediator and dialogue facilitator. Our staff have advanced degrees in Conflict Resolution, International Affairs, Psychology, Organizational Development, Business and Critical and Creative Thinking.  Together we provide world class training, mediation, facilitation and consulting services to individuals, organizations, and communities.
